 Priority Areas

The Center for Structural Equity has three priorities:

  1. Positive Youth Development

  2. Impactful Community Engagement

  3. Changing Societal Norms

CFSE encourages Positive Youth Development to promote the growth and well-being of young people - focusing on strengths, creating support, and empowering them to reach their potential.

Impactful Community Engagement

At the Center for Structural Equity, one of our core missions is to cultivate and promote meaningful and transformative involvement within communities. We strive to foster deep and lasting connections between individuals, organizations, and the society at large, recognizing the power of engagement in creating positive change.

Changing Societal Norms

Our dedicated team is diligently working towards transforming societal norms by implementing transformative strategies and fostering inclusive practices. Our innovative approaches aim to challenge deep-rooted biases and create a more equitable and just society for all individuals, regardless of their background or identity.

Through collaborative efforts, rigorous research, and effective advocacy, we strive to bring about lasting change and reshape societal norms to reflect the values of fairness, justice, and equal opportunity.
